Three militant suspects on 5-day remand

The three suspected militants, who were arrested by Detective Branch (DB) of police on Saturday from Uttara under Anti-Terrorism Act, were put on five-day remand for quizzing.
Lawyers and court officials said, DB inspector Azizul Haque on Sunday produced them before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) court seeking a-10-day remand.
Magistrate Raihanul Islam granted five-day remand for interrogation of the arrestees - AHM Khairul Asad alias Sohag, Meer Moazzem Hossain Saifi alias Jarmin and Mohammad Kafil Uddin Bin Amin.
