Biman forms committes  to probe PM’s flight emergency landing

Biman Bangladesh Airlines authorities have  formed a four-member committee to investigate the emergency landing of a flight carrying Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to Hungary.


The committee has been asked to submit its report by December 1,officials said.


A Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight carrying Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina made emergency landing at an airport in Turkmenistan today due to technical faults.


The Prime Minister was on her way to Hungary for a four-day visit to attend Budapest Water Summit 2016.
Tourism and Civil Aviation minister Rashed Khan Menon told Jagonews  that everyone aboard, including the premier, is physically safe.


Biman Bangladesh officials said that the flight left Dhaka`s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at  around 9am.
