Youth held with Phensidyl in Dinajpur

Police detained a youth from borderland in Komolpur union of Dinajpur Sadar upazila on Saturday night.

The detainee was identified as Md. Shariful Islam, 32, son of late Dulu Mohammad. An India made pistol, 2 round bullets and 12 bottles Phensidyl have been recovered from him.  

Md. Rafiq, Sub inspector of Kotwali Police Station told Jagonews24.com that, police in a drive held Shariful Islam with illegal arms and Phensidyl.

Officer-in-charge AKM Khalekuzzaman told Jagonews24.com that, a case was filed against Shariful in illegal arms and drug law.
