536 officials promoted

The government has promoted 536 officials to the posts of deputy secretary, joint secretary and additional secretary.

Of the total, 205 officials have been promoted to the post of deputy secretary, 186 to the post of joint secretary and 145 to the post of
additional secretary, an official release said today.

A gazette notification was issued to this end.
