Two injured in labour-police clash

A clash erupted between police and laborers during eviction of illegal establishments at Tejgaon Truck Stand area on Sunday in the capitals Tejgaon area.

A truck labour Jashim, 40 received bullet injury and photographer of bdnews24.com Tanvir Ahmed Sajib injured. They were rushed to MH Samorita Hospital & Medical College.

The clash ensued around 1:00pm in presence of DNCC Mayor Annisul Huq, a magistrate, DNCC top officials when the authorities started the eviction drive at the terminal.

The clash was underway while the report was published.
