BGB helps carrying oil countrywide

Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB) is ensuring supply of oil to the different parts of the country during Boro season by securing the transportation of the oil-tankers amid the ongoing countrywide blockade called by the BNP-led 20 party alliance.

With guard of BGB 86 oil-tankers transported oil countrywide from Friday 6pm to Saturday 6 pm.

demand of oil among the farmers remains high during the season of Boro, since it needs great amount of irrigation for the Boro crop.

BGB will continue to help the transportation of other vehicles as well, confirmed Mohsin Reza, public relations officer of BGB head quarter.
