President’s new military secretary Saroar

Major General Saroar Hossain has been appointed as the military secretary of President Abdul Hamid.

Joynul Abedin, press secretary of the President, on Tuesday informed that army headquarters issued a gazette in this regard on Monday.

President Abdul Hamid has adorned Saroar Hossain Rank Badge on Tuesday.

Saorar was commissioned in December, 1986 after the 15th BMA long course.

He was director of Internal Affairs of DGFI headquarters before being appointed in new position. He served as the principal of Khulna Military Collegiate School before joining at DGFI.

He obtained PHD degree from University of Dhaka on Liberation War of Bangladesh.
