JSC, JDC exams begin on Tuesday
The Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations will begin on Tuesday.
A total of 24,12,775 examinees will take part from 28,761 educational institutions across the country.
‘Necessary measures have been taken to hold the exams in a peaceful environment,’ said Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid at a pre-examination press briefing at the Secretariat on Sunday.
The JSC candidates will take Bangla first paper tests on the first day, while the JDC students will sit for Quran Mazid and Tazbid. The exams will end on November 17.
This year, over 20.38 lakh students would sit for the JSC exams under eight general education boards. Around 3.74 lakh students would take the JDC exams under madrasa education board.
