BRTA hearing complaint on transport fare

Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) has asked all to lodge their complaints about realizing additional fare in public transport in the Dhaka metropolitan area.

Anyone, who has any complaint regarding realizing additional fare in bus, minibus or CNG-run autorickshaw, can file their complaints with the BRTA by calling 9113133, 58154701, 9115544 and 9007574 during office hours, an a2i (Access to Information) Facebook post said.

Apart from this, people can lodge their complaints online by visiting the BRTA website http://brta.gov.bd/ mentioning his/her name, address, mobile phone number and registration number of the vehicle concerned.

The commuters can also know about the fare of bus and minibus from the website.
