3 killed, 10 injured as bus falls into ditch
Three people were killed and 10 others suffered injuries in a road accident on the Sylhet- Sunamganj highway in the Jawa bazar area of Sylhet district on Wednesday.
The deceased were identified as Moushumi Paul, 27 and Radha Rani Paul, 47, both hailing from village Hashimpur of Dirai upazila in Sunamganj, the other dead man was yet to be identified.
Ashraful Alom, officer-in-charge of Chhatak police station said a passenger coach was coming from Kumargaon when it reached Jawa bazar area, it overturned and fell into a ditch, because the driver lost control over the steering wheel.
