4 police officials suspended over graft allegation
Four police officials of the Darussalam Police Station have been temporarily suspended over the allegation of taking bribe from a businessman, a police official said on Wednesday.
The authorities took the decision after a newspaper published a report regarding the matter.
They are sub-inspector Kamrul Hasan, Assistant sub-inspector Shymal Das Bangshi, constables Kamrul Islam and Foyez.
Md Selimuzzaman, officer-in-charge of Darussalam police station confirmed the matter.
