Khaleda`s Adviser Reaz Rahman shot

Miscreants on Tuesday evening have shot Reaz Rahman, BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia`s adviser, in front of Pink City Shopping Mall in the city`s Gulshan area.

Around 8:30pm some unidentified miscreants set fire on Reaz’s private car and opened fire on him leaving four bullets in his legs and waist, said Nurul Alam, assistant police commissioner of Gulshan Zone.

Reaz Rahman was shot while leaving the Gulshan party office after meeting BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia. He was rushed to United Hospital.

Khaleda Zia condemned the attack and demanded immediate arrest of the attackers.
