Lok Sabha speaker suspends 25 Congress members

Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan on Monday suspended 25 Congress members for five days for willfully obstructing the business of the house, reports IANS.

The members were suspended after the speaker made repeated requests that they should not display placards and vacate the space near the speaker’s podium.
