Although his full name is Sharif Al Jawad, everyone knows him as Jawad Sharif. He is working as a newsreader at private television channel NTV. He has also been seen performing on various television shows. He is also a young entrepreneur and businessman. At present, he is working as the Executive Director of B.J. Group, an organized multinational company consist of vehicle import, wholesale, retail, automotive workshop and service center, real estate, agro, restaurant, parlor, and lifestyle lounge.

While the country's young generation continues to fight hard for job security with a monthly income, Jawad Sharif has stepped forward as an entrepreneur and made life easier for the common people. He is helping the country's economy through different perspectives and different initiatives and building a strong information structure to show young entrepreneurs the path to success in their own right. Overcoming all adversities from scratch, this young man has achieved his goal as a successful entrepreneur with hard work and true dedication.

Jawad Sharif has always wanted to help the people, do something for the country and the people and contribute to the development of socio-economic platforms. Raised by working parents and a family of two brothers, Jawad has always dreamed of becoming a very far-sighted man in the pursuit of his own empire.

He was involved in various outdoor activities and volunteer activities throughout his school life. He was then selected as a young ambassador for the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program in the United States Department of State and represented Bangladeshi culture among the diversified population of the country. He graduated from Limon High School in Colorado. He later earned a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, the university that won first place in Surface Engineering. He was the first Bangladeshi international student in the history of the university to be elected President and served in the Student Council for two consecutive years.

Often, despite having the right qualifications in various fields, the right person does not have the courage and support to stand up due to unforeseen obstacles, which he realizes in the light of his experience while abroad. He dreamed of becoming a successful multinational entrepreneur. As well as being a multi-tasker, he has established himself as a successful newsreader in electronic media. Currently, Jawad is an English newsreader at the country's leading television network NTV, having previously held the same position at ATN News.

Returning to the country, he concentrated on implementing his experience in building a career and started an organization called Universal Auto, which established itself as a prominent name in the auto industry in Bangladesh. As chairman and managing director of the company, he created a workforce and, with little capital, started an auto display showroom selling brand new and reconditioned vehicles imported directly from Japan. Six years later, Universal Auto debuted as one of the top 10 reconditioned car sales companies in two locations in the heart of Dhaka city. 

Jawad Sharif said, ‘I wanted to show everyone, no matter how fragile the path is or how difficult the situation is, we all have to learn how to overcome it. The real winners are the ones who never give up and keep up the effort. '

At present, his organization has a workshop of more than three hundred people and under his supervision has created a unified and diverse work environment. ‘I believe there is no room for bias in my organization because I believe in equality, regardless of race or religion,’ he said.

His hard work and honest life are shining examples of a successful personality. He has created opportunities for many young people to realize their own dreams in a short time and has helped many to expand their businesses. He hopes that his start-up company, which now plans to expand across the country, will move forward at an unprecedented pace in anticipation of a strong and integrated establishment in the coming days.
