Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone look perfect

Very few former lovers can match the the sizzling chemistry that Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone whip up every time they are paired opposite each other onscreen.

The just released first look of ‘Tamasha’ shows a carefree Ranbir and gorgeous Deepika laughing together with gay abandon as they walk along with their arms lovingly entwined around each other. In the backdrop, mythical heroes of Ramayana namely Lord Rama, Sita, Hamuman and the 10-headed Ravana make an appearance.

One can also see a pint sized adorable image of Deepika with garland of flowers placed as a tiara on her head while she is holding the hands of her lover, who is dressed in a mythical attire. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the tagline of Tamasha reads, ‘Why always the same story?’ If the poster is anything to go by, one can safely guess that Imtiaz must have certainly come up with a different subject this time as well.

Tamasha is believed to be the story of a person who loses his self-identity by conforming and living according to social moores. Director Imtiaz Ali had said that his next venture, titled Tamasha is about the journey of someone who has lost his edge in trying to conform to the society.

While the story will and music of A.R.Rahman will play a big role in its acceptance by the audience, the excitement levels are at an all time high for ex-lovers Ranbir and Deepika are uniting for the first time after their blockbuster hit ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.
