‘The Legend Syed Abdul Hadi’ hits audio in market

A new album titled ‘The Legend Syed Abdul Hadi’ has been released with the popular and unfamiliar songs of veteran singer Syed Abdul Hadi on Wednesday evening.

The album-which includes 46 songs in four CDs-will hit the market under the banner of Bangla Dhol.

‘Suryadoye Tumi’, ‘Emanato Prem Hay’, ‘Jeona Sathi’, ‘Je Matir Buke’, ‘Chole Jay Jodi Kew’, Chokkher Najar Emni Kaira’ and many other timeless songs like these have been presented by Syed Abdul Hadi in his 56-year music career.

Syed Abdul Hadi said about the unique initiative, ‘I sang such a big number of songs in my career spanning 56 years, I have never calculated the number. Many of the hit numbers-those were sung in the 60s, 70s and 80s-have been lost for the lack of commercial recording’.

‘For this album, I have sung a few tracks from these lost songs alongside several songs from the film. These songs were never placed in any album earlier. Even, a few songs released earlier also have been incorporated in this album. This edition is considered to be a partial document of my songs’, he added.
