‘Rani Rashmoni’ actress scores 82% in HSC examination

Indian actress Ditipriya Roy, who is playing the titular role in popular period-drama ‘Rani Rashmoni ’, has passed Higher Secondary examination with flying colours. She has scored 82% in the examination. The actress has got letter marks in English and two other subjects. Ditipriya, who successfully managed her hectic shoot schedule and studies, made her parents proud.

The actress was a bit nervous since Friday morning but her parents were quite sure that Ditipriya will score well. Her happiness had no bound when she saw her result online in the evening. She wants to study English honours or Sociology honours in the future, reports The Times of India. 

She celebrated her success with family. Ditipriya’s mom cooked her favourite food. The actress has been flooded with congratulatory messages from her friends, industry peers and fans as well. Co-stars from her show ‘Rani Rasmoni’ have wished the actress too.

Ditipriya used to carry her books on the shooting set and prepare for the exam during the breaks. She scored equally well in Madhyamik examination.

The actress left the audience in complete awe with her power-packed performance in the popular period-drama 'Rani Rashmoni'. She is playing a character much older than her real life. She is considered as one of the most talented actresses in the block. Ditipriya has done films too.
