21st death anniv of Salman Shah today

The 21st death anniversary of former Bangla cinema actor Salman Shah is being observed on Wednesday.
Shahriar Chowdhury Emon, popularly known as Salman Shah, was born in Sylhet on September 19 in 1971.
He started his career with the first episode of the television serial Pathor Shomoy. He got breakthrough by his role in the film Keyamat Theke Keyamat. He acted in a total of 27 films in his short career.
The popular silver screen actor in the 90s mysteriously died on September 6, 1996 at the age of 25. His death in 1996 was ruled as suicide, a claim that is disputed by his family.
