Sraddha bags `Rock On 2`

`Ashiqui 2` and `Ek Villain` star Shraddha Kapoor has been roped in to play the female lead in `Rock On 2` opposite actors Farhan Akhtar and Arjun Rampal.

Debutant director Shujaat Saudagar has come onboard to helm the film, which will be co-produced by Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani.

While Shraddha will be seen in the lead role, Prachi Desai will also return in a pivotal role.

The movie `Rock On` released in 2008 with Prachi and Shahana Goswami in the major female cast.
