SSC, equivalent exams begin

The Secondary School Certificate, SSC, and its equivalent examinations begin on Thursday morning, April 10.

The exams started at 10:00am and will continue till 1:00pm.

This year, 19,28,281 students under 11 educational boards are participating in the exams.

Of them, 14,90,142 are under nine general education boards, 2,94,726 under madrasa board and 1,43,313 are under technical education board.

The examinees have been asked to enter their centres at least 30 minutes before the exam started. They have also been directed no to arrive in their exam centres with mobile phone, calculator, etc.

All preparations have been completed to hold the exams and there is no chance of question paper leak, Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee president and Dhaka Education Board chairman, Khondokar Ehsanul Kabir, told Jago News.
