HSC exams in 2025 to be held on short syllabus

The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations in 2025 will be held on a short syllabus. 

M A Khayer, Information and Public Relations Officer of Education Ministry, confirmed the matter in a post published on the ministry’s verified Facebook page on Monday morning.

He said 2025’s HSC and equivalent examinations will be held on a short syllabus as per 2023’s HSC and equivalent examinations.

Earlier on Sunday, the Chattogram Education Board also issued a circular informing about the revised syllabus of the 2025 HSC examination.

On December 18 last year, Bangladesh Inter-Education Board coordination committee chief and Dhaka education board chairman Prof Tapan Kumar Sarker in a notification said that the HSC examinations in 2025 will be held on a full syllabus and full marks.
