Six students expelled for adopting illegal means in exam
Six students under Rajshahi Education Board have been expelled for adopting illegal means during the ongoing Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination.
The expelled examinees are Md Abdul Aziz, an examinee from Majeda Adil Memorial High School in Sirajganj, Md Kabir Sarker Kanak from Sonatala Govt Model High School in Bogura, Md Hasan Ali and Shakib Hossain from Gopalpur Chakgauri High School in Naogaon and Md Farid Hossain and Md Mehedi Hasan from Bilboira Gayeshia High School.
They were expelled for adopting illegal means during the English First Paper exam on Wednesday, the education board Exam Controller Ariful Islam confirmed.
The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations began across the country on Sunday.
This year as many as 20,72,163 students under 11 education boards are sitting for the exams. The number is 50,295 more than that of last year.
