Dhanmondi Ideal teachers return classes

The teachers and employees of Dhanmondi Ideal College have called off their work abstention after assurance.

They took the decision after Dhaka South City Corporation mayor and National University vice-chancellor assured them of meeting their demands, a press release said on Saturday.

However, the teachers and employees started observing work abstention from February 6 demanding the resignation of the college's governing body president advocate Syed Rezaur Rahman and its several members for allegedly trying to save those involved in huge irregularities and corruption in the institution.
