HSC, equivalent exam results published
The results of HSC and equivalent examinations of 2020 have been published.
The results have been announced from Dhaka’s International Mother Language Institute in Segunbagicha.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today announced the results after joining the programme virtually from Ganabhaban.
The HSC batch of 2020 is the first batch of students who will get certificates without sitting for the examinations.
The government in October last year decided not to hold the examinations due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The HSC and equivalent examinations were scheduled to begin on April 1 in 2020, but the government was forced to postpone it on March 22 because of the pandemic.
As many as 1,365,689 students were set to participate in the examinations.
