38th BCS final results likely to be published in afternoon

The final results of 38th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examinations may be published in today’s afternoon. Already, all preparations have been completed. 

Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has called an emergency meeting in this regard. The results will be published in afternoon after getting approval in the meeting, it is learnt. 

Confirming the matter to Jago News, Ishrat Sharmin, Public Relations Officer of BPSC, said a PSC syndicate meeting has been called at 3pm. All members of the PSC are expected to present in the meeting.

The viva voce of the 38th BCS examinations ended on 9 February this year.

The written examinations were held on 13 August last year and the preliminary exam took place on 29 December, 2017. As many as 389,469 jobs seekers applied against 2,024 posts.
