95.50% pass PEC, 95.96% Ebtedayee exams

95.50% pass PEC, 95.96% Ebtedayee exams

The results of Primary Education Completion (PEC) and Ebtedayee examinations were published on Tuesday. 

A total of 95.50 percent students passed in the PEC exams while 95.96 percent in Ebtedayee.

State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Md Zakir Hossen announced the results at a press conference held at his ministry at noon. 

He said as many as 3,26,088 students have secured GPA 5 in the PEC examinations and 11,877 students in Ebtedayee.

Earlier in the morning, the results of JSC, JDC and Primary Education Completion (PEC) and its equivalent Ebtedayee examinations were handed over to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her official residence Ganabhaban.

As many as 25,53,267 examinees appeared in the PEC examinations while 350,371 students participated in the Ebtedayee examinations this year.
