Islamic University reopens Sunday
Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia has been reopened on Sunday after a 9-day vacation on the occasion of holy Eid-ul-Azha, the second biggest religeous pillar and progam of Muslims, reports UNB.
The university’s academic and administrative activities has also been resumed from the morning of the day, said sources at IU registrar’s office.
IU acting registrar SM Abdul Latif told New Age that the residential halls of the university had already reopened for the students on Saturday morning.
The university went into vacation on August 7.
