PSTU closed for indefinite period over students’ movement

Pabna Science and Technology University (PSTU) has been closed for an indefinite period following the movement of the students.
Besides 10 students has been suspended temporarily for breaking the university’s rules.
The decision was taken from an emergency meeting of university’s regent board on Monday evening.
Assistant Director of PSTU public relations department Faruk Hossain Choudhury confirmed the matter to Jago News.
PSTU authorities also asked the students to leave the residential halls by Tuesday morning.
Earlier on Monday noon, a group of students staged demonstration on the campus and confined the PSTU vice chancellor at his office demanding six-point demand.
