In her keynote paper, Sabina said the community clinics are playing an important role in reaching healthcare services at grassroots level and improving health conditions of marginal people.

The community clinics are also contributing to reduction of infant and maternal mortality rate in the country, she added.

However, she suggested ensuring health service delivery in the community clinics by a medical officer.
