HSC results on July 19
The results of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent examinations including Dakhil of the madrasa education board of the year of 2018 will be published on July 19.
Education ministry Public Relations Officer Afrazur Rahman confirmed it to Jago News on Thursday.
He said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is scheduled to receive the result document of all education board from Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid on 19 July next.
Later, the education minister will formally announce the results around 12pm on the day, he added.
A total of 13,11,457 examinees from 8,864 educational institutions took part in the examinations this year. Of them, 6, 35,697 are male and 5,47,989 female.
The HSC and its equivalent examinations under ten education boards began on April 2 this year. Theoretical examinations ended on May 13 while practical tests were held from May 14 to May 23.
