JnU authorities expel student

The Jagannath University (JnU) authorities today expelled a student from the university permanently for his involvement in beating up an officer of Institute of Education and Research.
Rajib Biswas, a sociology department student, has been expelled through the approval of university syndicate under university act, said a JnU press release.
