Ziaul Haque new chairman of Dhaka Board

The government has appointed Prof. M Ziaul Haque, chairman of Barisal Education Board (BEB), as the new chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education of Dhaka.
Ministry of education issued a notification on his appointment on Monday after getting approval from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Dhaka Education Board (DEB) was running without Chairman for more than 2 months.
According to source, a list of three people including Prof. Ziaul Haqu were sent to Prime Minister for appointing the new chairman of DEB. Finally, Prime Minister selected Prof Ziaul Haque for the post.
