BCL men besiege DU VC’s office

Bangladesh Chhatra League men of Dhaka University (DU) unit has besieged the office of DU Vice Chancellor (VC) to press home their five-point demand a day after the demonstration of general students.

Hundreds of demonstrating Chhatra League men, led by DU unit president Abid Al Hasan and general secretary Motahar Hossain Prince took position outside the office of the VC around 11am on Wednesday confining him inside it, reports our DU correspondent. 

At that time they said that the demonstration would continue until the VC Sir talk to us.

Prior to this demonstration, DU BCL unit pressed their five-point demands including the punishment of those students who attacked on the VC office on Tuesday.
