JSC, JDC results today

The Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations-2016 results will be published today.

Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid will announce the results at a press briefing at 12 noon in the conference room of his ministry, an official release said on Thursday.

As many as 24, 10,015 students from 28,844 educational institutions appeared in this year`s examinations.

The number of JSC examinees is 20, 35,543, of them, 9, 47,933 are males while 10, 87,610 females.

A total of 3, 78,472 examinees participated in the JDC examination this year. Among the JDC students, 1, 75,219 are males and 1, 99,243 females, he added.
