PRAN displays 500 products at DITF

PRAN, one of the leading food processing companies, has displayed around 500 products for visitors at the 29th Dhaka International Trade Fair in Purbachal, Dhaka. The company is showcasing a diverse range of products, including juices and drinks, confectionery, snacks, biscuits and bakery items, culinary products, spices, and frozen goods in its pavilions and stalls.

Most of the PRAN’s pavilions and stalls are located on northern side, behind the main building. PRAN is offering up to 33 percent discount, allowing visitors to purchase their preferred products at reduced prices. Additionally, attendees can choose from 40 different product packages provided by PRAN.  

This year, the conglomerate has constructed a large pavilion named ‘PRAN,’ where visitors can find all PRAN products conveniently under one roof. This pavilion is also situated on the northern side, behind the main building of the trade fair.

Regarding the pavilion, Mustafizur Rahman, Deputy General Manager (Marketing) at PRAN, stated, “We have created a large pavilion by merging mini pavilions 19 and 20 to display the majority of our products in a single stall. We are showcasing around 400 products and offering various discounts, starting from a minimum of 10 percent on all PRAN items.

At the fair, PRAN is also introducing 50 new products, which include new varieties of chips, beverages, juices, noodles, biscuits, and chocolates. 

Mr. Noodles is featuring a wide selection of noodles, sauces, pickles, and soups, with opportunities for visitors. Visitors can take taste of ready-to-eat noodles and soup instantly from the stall. There is a Kofi House pavilion adjacent to Mr. Noodles pavilion which offers different kinds of beverages including juice, flavored drinks and coffee. Furthermore, PRAN’s popular biscuit brand, ‘Bisk Club,’ has a stall near the entrance of the fair, where visitors can explore various of biscuit and bakery products.  

Kamruzzaman Kamal, Marketing Director at PRAN-RFL group said, “This event presents an excellent opportunity for businesses to showcase their products to consumers. The number of visitors is steadily increasing at the venue. this year, we have received a good response since the commencement of the fair. However, the attendance of foreign buyers has been notably low, although we have observed some foreign buyers present at the event. Overall, we remain optimistic about the fair's outcomes.
