LPG prices remain unchanged in January

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission, BERC, has announced that prices of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) will remain the same of December in January.

BERC Chairman Jalal Ahmed made the announcement in a press conference at the commission office in Dhaka on Thursday (January 2).

For December, the commission fixed the LPG price at Tk 1,455 per 12 kg cylinder and it will remain unchanged in January.

Apart from this, price of 12.5 kg cylinder will stay unchanged at Tk 1,516, 15 kg at Tk 1,819, 16 kg at Tk 1,940, 18 kg Tk 2,183, 20 kg at Tk 2,425, 22 kg at Tk 2,668, 25 kg Tk 3,032, 30 kg at Tk 3,638, 33 kg at 4,002, 35 kg at Tk 4,244 and 45 kg at Tk 5,457 respectively.

In the press conference, BERC chief Jalal said prices of LPG have been kept unchanged as Saudi CP remains unchanged.
