AMCL (PRAN) approves 32% dividend

Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) has approved 32% dividend for its shareholders for the year 2023-24 at the 39th Annual General Meeting, AGM, of the company held at digital platform on Thursday, December 26.  

Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman of the company, Eleash Mridha, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director, Md Abdus Salam, FCA, Independent Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director (Marketing), Mohammad Yeamin, Chief Financial Officer, Muhammad Shariful Islam, Company Secretary and shareholders’ of the company attended the AGM.

Shareholders thanked the management for achievements of the company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming days.

The AGM ended by seeking continued support of the investors of the company and with a vote of thanks to the chair.
