Vision offers free servicing to electronics products damaged in flood

Vision, a popular electronics brand of RFL Group, is providing free services for any brand of electronics products affected by flash floods in different districts of the country. The service campaign has already been introduced in Cumilla, Feni, Lakshmipur and Noakhali to provide free repair for flood-damaged products.

Mohit Chakraborty, head of marketing at Vision Electronics, said thousands of electronics products including TV, fridges, belonging to a large number of customers have been damaged due to floods in several districts in the south-eastern part of the country. Servicing will be required to make these 'damaged' products operational. For the reason, Vision Electronics is offering free service for any band of products including 'Vision' for flood affected customers.

This initiative has been organised by Vision Electronics to support the flood victims. To receive service for flood-damaged electronics, anyone can register by entering the link, https://forms.gle/QHKxizVorzuWJpH39 Or can call to the Pran-RFL Group's call center (0800-7777777)

After registration, Vision Electronics will contact the customer and provide service within the shortest possible time. Customer will only be required to pay the cost of spare parts if the warranty period has expired, and for products from other brands included under the campaign.

Apart from this, PRAN-RFL Group has provided dry food and bottled water to around 30,000 flood victims under the initiative of 'Pashe Achi Bangladesh'.
