BFIU seeks bank account info of S Alm, family members

The Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit, BFIU, has directed all banks to provide the account information of S Alam Group Chairman Saiful Alam.

Account details of his parents Mozaherul Anwar and Chemon Ara Begum, wife Farzana Parvin, sons Ahsanul Alam and Ashraful Alam, and brothers Mohammad Abdullah Hasan, Osman Gani, Abdus Samad, Rashedul Alam, Sahidul Alam and Morshedul Alam have also been sought.

The BFIU requested the information in letters sent to the banks on Monday.
