BATB AGM NOTICE

As per the letter directed by BSEC, letter reference no. BSEC/ICAD/ /SRIC/2024/318/87 dated on March 27, 2024, it is hereby notified that the 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of British American Tobacco Bangladesh Company Limited (BATB) will take place on March 28, 2024 at 10:30 am solely through a digital platform, replacing the previously planned hybrid system.
Shareholders are kindly requested to participate in the meeting online. The AGM portal link is: www.batbagm.com.
