To cater to the growing demands of our expanding business, we are actively seeking qualified individuals for the position of Sales Manager in the Canadian market. The following business expertise & aptitude are required for this position:

Job Descriptions:

  • Improve business with all existing importers with existing lines and adding new lines.
  • Find new importers, conduct meetings, and offer our products (supermarket chain) to import directly or through distributors (i.e., Metro, Sobeys, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Dollarama, etc.).
  • Appoint new importers for the Ethnic market and monitor the business regularly.
  • Visit all Loblaws stores and NoFrills to enhance daily sales and guide them for proper merchandising.
  • Focus and plan to develop business overall in the Canada market.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduation in any subject
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Must have full time work permit in Canada
  • Must have valid driving license in Canada
  • Must have fluency in English, and French languages which will be an added advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Passionate about technology and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the Canadian retail landscape, particularly in the supermarket sector
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly
  • Willingness to travel extensively for meetings, store visits, and business development activities
  • Motivate toward career growth and learning
  • Ability to influence and work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
