Govt raises 12 kg LPG price by Tk 18

Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission has increased the prices of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) by Tk 18 to Tk 1,381 per 12 kg cylinder.

The new prices will come into effect from 6 pm today (November 2), BERC said in a press conference on Thursday.

According to the fresh prices, 15 kg cylinder will now cost Tk 1,726, 16 kg Tk 1,842, 18 kg Tk 2,072, 20 kg Tk 2,302, 22 kg Tk 2,532, 25 kg Tk 2,877, 30 kg Tk 3,453, 33 kg 3,718, 35 kg Tk 4,028 and 45 kg Tk 5,179.

Earlier, the government increased LPG prices by Tk 79 from Tk 1,284 to Tk 1,363 per 12 kg cylinder for October.
