Expatriates send $197.75cr remittance in October

The expatriate Bangladeshis sent remittances of around $197.75 crore (equivalent to about Tk 21,850 crore) in October, the fourth month of the current fiscal year 2023-24.
The amount is about $63.39 crore more than that of September when the country saw $134.36 crore in remittance, Bangladesh Bank said in its updated report on Wednesday.
