Everyone has different taste in food and sometimes crave for unique combinations to satisfy their cravings. The Summer Brunch offers you enough options to meet your every cravings. Guests will be spoilt for choices when it comes to the delicious bread station consisting of Ciabatta Roll, French Baguette, French Loaf, Ciabatta Bread and shifting to another section of breakfast having Assorted Cheese Platter, Dry Fruits, Live Egg Station and a variety of sweet bakeries such as Croissants, Danish Donuts and Assorted French Pastries etc. 

The live stations will offer dishes that are served with such presentation that they will have your stomach churn for more. The Pad Thai Noodles served with condiments is truly a pleasant sight that can't be described until you've had a bite or the Live Egg Station. From the western hot dish station, the Braised Lamb Shanks presented along with Gremolata and White Beans, Mexican Baked Fish or Beef Lasagna looks just as scrumptious as the counter leads you to yet another surprise — a live kid’s station!

Kids will have the chance to enjoy a decorated kid’s corner where it has Popcorn, Assorted Mini Bakery, Chocolate Clouston Cup Cake, Crispy & Crunchy Fish Donut, Pasta Napolitano accompanied by Fruit Craps, Chocolate Fountain, Cotton Candy etc. Those with an insatiable sweet tooth, there will be more than enough lip-smacking treats at the dessert area to satisfy all cravings – Chocolate Sludge, Mango Panna Cotta, Mocca Truffles Cake, Dark Chocolate Mousse etc just to name a few!

Whether you want the taste of succulent Spanish Grilled Seafood Salad that floods your mouth with rich flavours, or add a little bit of delicious Spicy Cajun Chicken Salad on the side, however you like your entrée to be, you can have it here from the salad station. Not to forget to mention the assortment of cold platters like Smoked Salmon, Beef Mortadella, Roasted Beef etc ….just enough to give you a chill.
