Tasty Treat factories achieve A+ grade from BFSA

PRAN-RFL Group’s fast food retail brand ‘Tasty Treat’s three factories have achieved A+ grading from Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA). The fast-food brand got the excellent mark after the visit of BFSA at Tasty Treat’s factories in Narsingdi, Natore and Sylhet.   

BFSA Chairman Abdul Kayowm Sarker handed over the A+ grading sticker to Ibrahim Khalil, Head of Business of Tasty Treat, through a program held at Shahbagh in Dhaka recently. 

Grading is issued considering various things, including food storage environment, administrative matters, personal hygiene, cleanliness, food storage and stocking. According to the grading of BFSA, A+ means excellent while A means good, B means average and C means grade pending.  

Ibrahim Khalil, Head of Business of Tasty Treat, said, “Tasty Treat is always committed to provide healthy and hygienic foods at an affordable price for the consumers. That’s why factories environment, personal hygiene and cleanliness have been maintained properly. We believe, the grading from BFSA will help Tasty treat to gain customer’s acceptability more.”        

Tasty Treat is popular for traditional and birthday cakes, fast food, pastry, dessert items, savory items, cookies and biscuits and sweets items. Now it has 326th outlets across the country including Dhaka.
