AMCL approves 32% dividend

Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) has approved 32% dividend for its shareholders for the year 2020-2021 at the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held virtually on Sunday.  

Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman, Eleash Mridha, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director on behalf of Property Development Ltd, Md. Abdus Salam, FCA, Independent Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director (Marketing), Mohammad Yeamin, Chief Financial Officer, Advocate Kazi Abdur Rahman, Company Secretary and shareholders’ of the company attended the AGM.  

Shareholders’ thanked the management for achievements of the Company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming days.
