RFL stands beside flood-affected people

RFL, country’s leading business conglomerate, has distributed tube well and pipe fittings among the flood-affected people of nine districts as part of its `Pashe asi Bangladesh’ program.

RFL Group distributed the products among the flood affected people of Rangpur, Kurigram, Gaibandha, Lalmonirhat, Bogra, Jamalpur, Sirajganj, Sunamganj and Sylhet recently, a press release said. 

While distributing the products at Kaunia of Rangpur, RN Paul, Managing Director of RFL Group said, “RFL is one of the largest business conglomerates of the country. We work for the country as well as the welfare of the people of the country. We always try to move the country forward apart from giving attention to our own business. We have taken the initiative to arrange pure water to flood affected people as part of its `Pashe asi Bangladesh’. We consider corporate social responsibility as moral and responsible business behavior. 

Shariful Islam, Assistant General Manager (Marketing) of RFL Group, said, “RFL started its journey in 1981 through manufacturing tube well with the pledge to supply pure water at a minimum cost to all household. RFL Tube Well is leading tube well brand for long time as it is manufactured using best raw materials and modern technology. It is our moral duty to stand beside the people in their need who are with us in our long journey.” 

Md. Abdul Quddus Mia, General Manager (Sales) of RFL Group, officials of local administration, people’s representatives and local elites, among others, were present.
