Haltrip celebrates 2nd anniversary

Online travel agency Haltrip has celebrated their second anniversary.

The company organized an event commemorating the occasion at their Gulshan office, said a press release on Tuesday.

Haltrip CEO Tajbir Hasan said: “Our journey started in 2017 with the desire to digitalize Bangladesh's travel sector, and currently the number of dedicated members of this team has reached 150.” 

“Till now we have created 5,000 entrepreneurs while serving more than 100,000 travelers.”

“At present we are the number one ticket seller for the top five airlines of the world. More than 20 travel portals use our API to provide travelers with their desired tickets,” Tajbir added.

The release stated that through the Haltrip website, any entrepreneur wanting to get in the travel business sector, can register with their trade license, and necessary documents, and use the website to sell tickets, and provide hotel booking service to travelers.
