Budget 2017-18 at a glance
Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith placed the proposed budget for fiscal 2017-18 on Thursday.
He started his budget speech at 1.32 pm with Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury in the chair.
This is the country’s 46th national budget while the 17th budget of the Awami League government and the 11th for Muhith.
