Passengers fed up with some irregularities of Malindo Air

A group of air passengers fed up with some irregularities of Malaysian-based airline Malindo Air including delaying flight and changing flight date.

The passengers alleged that, they don’t get any help from customer care of this air over phone. Sometimes, Malindo’a only General Sales Agent Tune Aviation limited doesn’t response over some problems. Apart from tour operators are also facing endless problem over irregularities of Malindo Air.   

A passenger named Md. Shahidul Islam told Jagonews24.com that, recently I sold five tickets in each taka 3900. When I went to Malindo Bangladesh office to change date flight they claimed additional four thousand taka in each ticket.

An anonymity travel agent told Jagonews24.com that, I wanted to buy an economy ticket for Kuala Lumpur. When I browsed their website I saw that all tickets are sold out. All tickets were sold on black market, he alleged.

In this connection, Md. Monir, Manager of Tune Aviation (Accounts) of Malindo didn’t comment over the irregularities.  
On December 15, a mobile message from a correspondent of Jagonews24.com was sent to Monir but he didn’t response over the matter.

When contacted Malindo Malaysian office, they also didn’t response.
